Paver installation, repair, and restoration in Los Angeles — residential and commercial, from standard driveways to large-scale outdoor living projects.
How We Work
We build paver systems base-first. The material on top matters, but what’s underneath it determines whether the surface holds up or starts failing within a few seasons. Our installation process starts with excavation depth verification, soil assessment, and proper base specification for the application — before a single paver goes down.
On repairs, we diagnose before we recommend. A surface that’s settling in one corner might need targeted base repair in that section, or it might indicate a systemic base failure across the installation. We assess which one before proposing a scope of work. The difference in cost between those two answers is significant, and we’d rather give you the right answer than the larger job.
What We Install
We work with all paver types common in the Los Angeles market — concrete pavers, travertine, porcelain, brick, and flagstone. We also install retaining walls in segmental block, CMU, and natural stone. Material recommendation is always based on the application, the architecture, the site conditions, and the budget — not on what’s most profitable to install.
Service Area
We serve all of greater Los Angeles — the Westside, the San Fernando Valley, Pasadena and the SGV, the hillside neighborhoods from Bel Air to Griffith Park, and the coastal communities from Malibu to the South Bay.
Licensing and Insurance
We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) and carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request before any project begins.
Permits
Permits are required for retaining walls above certain heights and for drainage work that affects neighboring properties. We identify permit requirements during the estimate and pull them where required. We don’t build work that requires permits without them.
